- 45,000 visitors from 60 countries — a record, as Prime Minister Donald Tusk pointed out during his visit to the show
- more than 1,200 exhibitors from 43 countries (1,209 companies), of which 503 Polish — the first edition ever where foreign exhibitors were in the majority
- more than 46,000 m² of exhibition space, across 11 halls plus outdoor areas, including a brand new 18,500 m² hall used for the first time
- around 60 official foreign delegations, with Canada as Lead Nation (189 Canadian companies)
Together with our Polish partner MILDAT we had a 100 sqm stand directly in front of the main entrance — arguably the best position on the whole fairground. Everyone entering MSPO walked past our inflatable structures, and a lot of them stopped.

In addition we had a smaller stand inside the Norwegian pavilion, alongside the rest of the Norwegian defence industry. Two locations gave us two very different audiences: the broad international flow at the entrance, and the more focused Norwegian and allied traffic inside.

Fantastic response — and concrete requests
The response to our inflatable products was, quite simply, fantastic. Rapidly deployable shelter, bridging and platform systems are exactly what European forces are looking at right now, and being able to show them inflated, standing, walk-in ready on the floor does something no brochure can.
We had serious interest from all over Europe — including concrete client requests — and, notably, real interest from Asia as well.

Four days of intense meetings
Four days, from open to close: meetings, introductions, follow-ups, and new introductions coming out of those meetings. MSPO’s density is the point — the people who decide are all in the same halls at the same time.
One of the highlights was a dinner with the Norwegian Ministry of Defence and FSI (the Norwegian Defence and Security Industries Association) — a good, informal setting to talk about where Norwegian capability fits into the European picture.
Getting to know MILDAT — and a 12-month plan
MILDAT became our partner for the Polish market in 2026, and MSPO was the first time we really worked side by side, all day, for four days. That is worth more than a dozen video calls.
We used the time to get to know each other properly and to put together a rough strategy for the next 12 months in Poland — one of the most active defence markets in Europe, with defence spending now at 4.7–4.8% of GDP. We now have a shared picture of which customers, which products and which milestones come first.
And yes — we are getting better at this
After DALO Industry Days and now MSPO, one thing is measurable: we are getting noticeably faster and sharper at setting up and rigging down. Fewer question marks, better packing, tighter routines. Since setup speed is our product promise, every exhibition is also a live rehearsal of the capability we sell — and our own numbers keep improving.
