01. What is the difference between Curved and Straight versions?
The Straight version is for flat, rectangular, or box-shaped items. The Curved version is shaped for cylindrical, rounded, or irregular-profile items. Both carry identical 5-year material warranty.
02. How do I inflate the D-Envelope?
Connect any standard pump (hand, electric, or compressed air) to the inflation valve. Inflate to 0.3–0.5 bar (4–7 PSI) as marked on the unit. Inflation takes under 60 seconds. Deflation takes under 30 seconds.
03. Can multiple units be connected for larger items?
Yes. D-Envelope units feature compatible connection points for linking multiple units together to protect oversized or irregularly shaped cargo as a single integrated system.
04. What does the 5-year warranty cover?
