Remember the blank canvas near Gardermoen? It’s not blank anymore.
When we announced our new stock and assembly facility near Oslo Airport Gardermoen, we promised to share the build-out progress. Well — the last two months have been hectic, dusty, loud and genuinely great fun. Here’s where we stand.
A Floor You Could Almost Eat Off
First things first: the floor. We gave the whole showroom and workshop a special sealing and paint treatment, because inflatable products and dirty concrete are not friends. Every D-Bridge module, D-Pad and D-Dome panel that gets unrolled in here now meets a surface that’s sealed, easy to clean and dust-free. It looks sharp, it protects the products, and honestly — it makes the whole space feel like a proper production facility.
Eight Production Tables, Ready for Work
The large table setup we talked about? Done. Nine custom production tables are built and in place for repair, production and assembly. That means real, parallel work: assembling in one corner, repairing in another, quality-checking before shipping in a third. No more improvising on whatever surface is free.
Custom Euro Pallets — Because Standard Wasn’t Good Enough
We’ve customised a batch of Euro pallets to fit our products exactly, purpose-built for transporting equipment to events and exhibitions. When you ship demo gear across Europe several times a year, packing shouldn’t be a puzzle every single time. Now it isn’t.
Coming Next: The Mezzanine
We’re currently waiting on material for the mezzanine — a second floor that will give us significantly more usable space inside the facility. As soon as the material lands, the build starts. More on that soon.
Out the Door: DALO and Turkey
The facility isn’t just being built — it’s already delivering:
9 pallets shipped for DALO Industry Days in Herning, Denmark
Demo equipment shipped to TCK in Turkey, our distribution partner covering 11 countries. We’re visiting TCK at the end of August for a training and teaching process, plus a small event at their location.
This is exactly why we wanted to be next to Norway’s main international airport. Shipping out of Gardermoen is fast, and it shows.
And Yes — We Drove an ATV Over the Bridge

We couldn’t resist. During testing we took the inflatable bridge and drove a 500 kg ATV straight over it. It held, exactly as designed. There’s something deeply satisfying about watching a product you built out of fabric and air carry half a tonne of machine without blinking.
We would like to give a special shoutout to our CEO Kalle Skogstrand for his brilliant mind, energy, and expert skills in designing and leading this whole process. Special thanks also to Arvid Aunbakk from Akershus Traktor for lending us the ATV for testing purposes!
Ready for the Autumn Season
Two very hectic and busy months later, we’re ready. Come find us at:
DALO Industry Days — Herning, Denmark, August 19–20
MSPO 2026 — Kielce, Poland, September 8–11
And if you’re flying through Gardermoen, you’re practically on our doorstep. The floor is clean, the tables are up, and there’s a bridge we’d happily show you.
